Navigating project delays
When projects are delayed, we work to understand why
Project Delay / Time Impact Analysis
To contemporaneously investigate and forecast the effects of delays that materialise during a construction project we use the Time Impact Analysis method of delay analysis.
Time Impact Analysis
The time impact analysis methodology, also referred to as TIA, is a technique that forecasts or predicts a delay’s effect on a project’s completion date. This programme analysis method involves the insertion or addition of activities indicating delays or changes into the most recent schedule update prior to the delay event’s occurrence. This allows us to determine the impact of a delayed activity on the project’s completion date.
