On Thursday 19th September 2024, MoreConsult opened its doors to industry professionals from right across the UK & Ireland for its latest Project Planning Masterclass. This full-day training event was created to support the demands of Contractors engaged in project planning and delay analysis for construction projects.
Led by David Moreland, Director of MoreConsult and joined by special guest Mr Patrick O Hagan, Contractors from Lowry Building & Civil Engineering Ltd, Lagan Aviation & Infrastructure Ltd, De Romein Nearshore Ltd and Charles Brand Ltd, were provided with industry-leading knowledge in areas of Extension of Time claims, programme acceptance and mitigating known risks that can adversely affect the programme.
David had this to say about the event. “We were delighted to welcome Project Managers, Senior Planners and Quantity Surveyors to our latest training event.
